Artist’s statement:
Relationships are the primary interest in creating my art - almost everything finds value in relating to something else. More specifically, the way color changes in relationship to its surroundings, especially when changing the light source. My work is a story of specific events in specific light. I have created a successful work of art when the viewer is moved to think about the relationships of all the elements.
